Conditions for Refunds
After Confirmation ————- 10% of total charter cost
24 hrs before flight ——- 25% of the total charter cost
12 hrs before flight ——–50% of the total charter cost
No Show (Condition deteriorated, not fit to fly, patient expired ——— 100% of total charter cost
Cancellation done after departure from Base Station( Delhi, Mumbai,Hyderabad), No Refund will be given.
No amount will be refunded once the ecmo team reaches the destination even if the patient is not initiated on the ecmo later due to various reasons
